Discover the benefits of intentional, therapeutic massage and bodywork designed just for you. Every session is personalized to you and your individual goals in order to promote genuine relief so you can move through life with purpose.
The initial session will begin with a brief discussion/assessment in order to determine goals and focus areas and will conclude with a reassessment to ensure that we are working toward your goals. If needed, your therapist will discuss at-home care instructions. Tools, such as cupping and scraping (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) will be used per therapist's discretion or per client request at no charge.

Recommended for focused work on multiple areas of concern OR focused work + full body.
Provides a cooling and soothing sensation to specific areas of pain or tension. (Think Icy Hot but with essential oils.)
Life is hard and there are times when we carry burdens no one else knows about but it can be beneficial for the mind and body to have someone come alongside you to carry it. Your therapist will take 5 minutes to pray with you following the session or you can simply leave them with the prayer request as you leave (due to time: no need to share in-depth details, brief sharing is best).

At Move with Purpose, you are invited to freely communicate with your therapist in regard to what and how you're feeling and if any adjustments in pressure need to be made throughout the session. Your session should be a collaborative experience between you and your therapist and here's why that matters...
The right amount of pressure ensures that we are doing enough to be effective but not too much so we don't increase nervous system guarding.
To ensure that we are working both efficiently and effectively, we want to hone in on specific areas that will help guide us to your desired outcome.
Your body tells a story and inviting that story into your session will help guide your therapist to the best approach needed in order to achieve true relief and restoration.
