Cancellation & No Show Policy

Full payment is required for the following conditions:

No show or missed appointment.
Late arrivals - arriving late for a service will result in shortening the length of the session.

50% payment is required for the following conditions:

Less than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Move with Purpose reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

ZERO TOLERANCE policy: Inappropriate behavior (such as, but not limited to: jesters, touching/attempting to touch the massage therapist), comments, and/or solicitations will result in immediate termination of the session. Full payment will be rendered and a report may be filed with local authorities.
